Pepe Hostel

Our room for two was small, but clean, and the bed was good. The toilet and shower were close by, and we didn't see anyone else. It's one of the cheapest places in the city. The location isn't ideal since it's pretty far from the center, so we got around by Uber and scooters.

I couldn't leave my belongings in the room because the door wouldn't lock with the key. When I called the host to report it, she immediately blamed me and said it was my fault. I even made a video showing the problem, but she wasn't interested. She offered another room for the same price, but it was lower quality. The host was rude, and I was told I'd get a bad review. That's the customer service I experienced 😔

The rooms each have a different theme, like Star Wars or Gone by the wind, which was pretty interesting. The rooms, kitchen, and bathroom were all very clean. It's a beautiful place in a fairly good neighborhood, and the girl at reception was really friendly and helpful.

Everything was tidy and clean, and it was quiet and peaceful. I liked the movie theme idea too, it was really interesting.
