The host was very polite, and the room's location is excellent and convenient. Still, the property falls short of basic hygiene, and I wouldn't recommend it. We booked through Booking.com in July 2025 for Wilcza 26, 00-544 Warszawa. The place was extremely dirty and made our stay unpleasant enough that we bought cleaning products and disinfectants. The sheets smelled bad, so we went to a laundromat to wash them. The floor looked as if it had never been mopped, with stains, crumbs, and dust in the corners. There was mold in the bathtub shower, and the toilet seemed to have been wiped only on the surface, without proper disinfection. The kitchen cutlery was stained, so we didn't use it, and the refrigerator was dirty too. The building and elevator smelled unpleasant as well. I'll attach the necessary photos as evidence.

I was due to check in today, September 27, 2024, for a stay until the 30th. At 1 p.m. he called to say the apartment had bedbugs. He'd arranged cleaning for 6 p.m., after check-in, and wasn't sure it would be a good idea for me to come. Even knowing this, he didn't want to cancel the reservation because he might lose money. He was polite, but very unprofessional. He didn't reply to my messages in the app or tell Booking.com customer service the same thing. I haven't seen the room, so I can't comment on it or the location.

The owner is the nicest person I've met, and being right in the center makes the location so convenient. I'd happily come back.

My wife and I stayed at PiotrApartments twice, in two different rooms in the same apartment at 26 Wilcza. We loved both stays and would gladly go again. The room felt just right for the two of us, though it could probably fit up to four people. Everything was new or very well looked after, with a lovely design, and the quality was high for a good price. The central location was amazing. We had towels, shampoo, and soap, plus a microwave, electric stove, and dishwasher. There was also a shared washing machine in the entrance area, in a separate neighbor-room. The personal service was kind and flexible, with real understanding. Based on our experience, we'd highly recommend it and would trust the company with another place.
