The property was very dusty, and the toilet flush didn't work properly.

Booking.com confirmed that our payment was correct, but only after the owner called us on the way to Warsaw claiming there was a payment problem. He said we had to pay him over the phone to stay the night. We'd booked bed and breakfast, but in that rude conversation he revealed breakfast meant sandwiches made from frog milk. We refused to pay him. He got rude and switched off his phone. After we called Booking, he stopped answering us and them too. Without Booking, we'd have been left with nowhere to stay. The owner is boorish and stupid. How can someone like that run a hotel business? I highly recommend this place!

We were left without an apartment for the night, and the owner wouldn't refund us. We booked before midnight and immediately tried calling him, as the listing instructed. We went to the address with reception on John Paul II Street to collect the keys, but no one picked up. There was no designated reception, and everything at the address was closed, even though the listing said keys could be collected until midnight. The next day, the owner told me the phone number wasn't for reception. I still don't know where we were supposed to call. I can't recommend the place. The owner is extremely unfriendly and, in my view, a scammer.

We booked from October 4th to 7th, but when we arrived for the keys, we found out the hotel was somewhere else and our room would be different. When we asked about the room with a jacuzzi, the person at the hotel said, "The jacuzzi was bombed by Russian soldiers." We're from Belarus. Hotel owners make their living from tourists, yet allow themselves comments like that regardless of someone's nationality. We took the keys and went to the assigned address. At reception, they said we still had to pay cash for some reason, or there'd be no breakfast, even though breakfast was included. Once we checked in, the shower didn't work at all, so we washed under the tap. We left on the 5th, and nobody offered any compensation. The owner was rude and boorish. The attitude and service were below par. Save your money, nerves, and time. Never stay here.
