Platinum Residence Mokotów

I’ve stayed in more than 140 places over the past ten years, and this was the worst service I’ve experienced. I paid 4,000 PLN for eight nights, then another 400 PLN for a small dog. There were no dog supplies, bed or bowls, and there was no daily cleaning. That extra fee felt completely unjustified. The apartment came with one toilet roll, one garbage bag and one dishwasher capsule for the whole eight nights. They said we’d have to buy anything more ourselves. Other apartments where we stayed just three nights provided far more basic supplies. The pillows were so soft that my wife and I woke up with neck pain after the first night. They said firmer ones weren’t available, and extra pillows would cost more. At this price, I found that unacceptable and bought pillows myself. The place is poorly managed and overpriced for the service. I don’t recommend staying here.

Really nice, new apartment with all the furniture. The guy at reception was very polite. Wonderful, I’d suggest visiting.

I’ve stayed here more than once, and my visits have been pleasant and great. The staff are great, the properties are excellent value, and the service is remarkable.

Shalam. I travel all over the world as an entertainer, and I want to say the staff at Platinum Residence are great. They’re pleasant, helpful and attentive. The apartments are comfortable, clean and beautifully set up. I’d recommend them to anyone travelling, including families with children. Thank you, Platinum Residence! 😃🙏🎶🎶🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸💯💚💚
