This was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with any hospitality provider anywhere. They advertise a 5 Star Apartment service, but this felt like a 1 star apartment. The apartment didn’t look like the Booking.com photos, and the management wouldn’t answer the phone or my emails. The place was filthy and vile. The furniture was old, the shower was cold, and there was barely any Wi-Fi signal. I was absolutely disgusted, and being there started to make me feel depressed. I can’t say strongly enough that nobody should stay here. I’d expect prisoners to get better accommodations than we did.

The location is nice, about 30 minutes from the Old Town, and the parking garage felt secure. Parking cost 90 PLN for a day, and paying through the direct link they provided was easy. The rooms felt dated. The door handles were all worn, and each time I used one I worried it might come off. Outside could get loud, depending on which way the windows faced and the day of the week. We stayed on Saturday, when there was a casino party and sports cars were racing in the streets 😀 The kitchen tap sprayed water from two or three places.

We had to leave earlier than planned because the hotel had double-booked our room due to a mistake on their end. They promised us a partial refund, but we never got it. We were cheated. If a hotel asks you to leave early for a double booking, NEVER leave before they pay you back in cash. Don’t trust a promise to refund you later. The hotel itself was also troublesome. It’s in a very old building, the balcony door was broken, and the toilet was old and unclean.

We rented a deluxe plus apartment for four nights in August while visiting Warsaw, and were lucky to get one on the 15th floor. The view was phenomenal, and the central location was very convenient. Check-in was a hassle, though, and the beds weren’t comfortable. I’d still recommend it for a short stay.

It’s well maintained and the service was great, with a Biedronka and a couple of restaurants on the ground floor. There are Żabkas all around, too. The location is fantastic, close to the city centre with good connections. Metro and tram stops are just a stone’s throw away, and the Palace of kultury and Old Town are both walkable, about 1 km and 3 km away respectively.
