Everything inside is to a high standard, and the location is good. All of it was excellent.

Mr. Piotr, please show a little more empathy and understanding toward the contractor working on the Pozytywny Mokotów project. We do our best each day to keep the nearby roads clean and carry out the work with as little disruption as possible for residents and the local area. I’ve attached a few photos of the maintenance underway.

The development looks nice, though the garage doors are a serious concern. They’re made from very thin sheet metal, offer no real protection, and can be pulled off their tracks by hand. That might sound minor, but they cost a fortune. It leaves me questioning the developer’s reliability and customer service.

We’ve had several custom furniture jobs in this development. It’s in good shape and should look beautiful when finished. The main headache is the traffic around 5 pm.

Trucks waiting to unload are blocking the whole lane. The construction manager could send them back onto the site while they wait. They’re also spreading mud from the construction site across the road :/
