We especially appreciated the early check-in, as the apartment was ready well before the usual time. It’s a spacious, very clean two-room place on the fourth floor of a renovated building, with a handy elevator and a friendly owner. It was well set up for four people, with fresh, fragrant bedding and towels, a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, and everything needed to cook. The living room and kitchenette have a table with four chairs. Both rooms have a TV and a large fan, a great idea. The beds were comfortable after days exploring the capital, and the bathroom was large and clean. The decor is tasteful, and we liked the brick wall and parquet floor. The building is quiet, with no noise from neighbors or the stairwell. The location at Plac Unii Lubelskiej is convenient for getting to the center, and Łazienki Park is nearby. Plac Unii shopping center is across the street, with a supermarket, pharmacy, and newsstand. There’s a bus stop right outside with a direct route to the Old Town, and the tram stop is a short walk across two pedestrian crossings. The owner was very friendly and communicative. He put together information about nearby restaurants and ice cream shops and suggested places to visit. We were glad to follow his suggestions. We’ll definitely return and recommend the apartment to friends.

I was satisfied with the stay, especially for the price, location, and what you get. The room was a little small and the bed wasn’t very comfortable, but the bathroom was clean, cozy, and well equipped. The place isn’t central, and the WiFi in the room was the biggest drawback. Signs and directions to the accommodation were confusing. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and public transport stops close by. I’d recommend it more to couples than families with children. I only used the place to sleep.
