What we liked was the hotel’s beautiful interior. Sadly, that was about it. I have diabetes and depend on insulin, which has to stay at a safe temperature. Before a long trip, we asked if the hotel could put the cooling packs from my portable medical cooler in a freezer. This was a basic health need, not a request for special treatment. Every other hotel we’ve stayed at has done it without hesitation, including another hotel in the same chain, “Stare Miasto.” Even after we explained the health risks of storing insulin improperly, the staff refused. They offered a bucket of ice, which isn’t a reliable or practical way to keep the packs frozen and transport insulin safely on a long journey. They showed no empathy or willingness to work out another solution, and they also refused when I asked to speak with hotel management. The hotel has clearly made efforts to accommodate guests who use wheelchairs, yet showed no consideration for someone with a chronic condition that isn’t visible. Accessibility should cover every guest, not only people with visible disabilities. We’ve been loyal to this hotel chain for a long time, which makes this all the more disappointing. Given the staff’s attitude and lack of support with a health-related need, I can’t recommend it to anyone who might need even minimal help for a medical condition. A beautiful hotel isn’t enough when basic understanding, flexibility, and customer care are missing.

Cleanliness was very good, and the staff were really friendly. I still prefer Puro Stare Miasto, though Centrum is also a very good base because of its location. The soundproofing could be better. Sometimes you hear people walking overhead, and doors to neighboring rooms slam loudly. The bathroom has a bit of a hospital feel, and I didn’t like the very strong hotel scent, which reminded me of a car air freshener.

The sauna was a great feature, and the restaurant served good food with a cool breakfast and excellent vegan options. Our rooms were spotless every day, room service was quick, and the staff were consistently welcoming, open, and efficient when helping us. It’d be great if the sauna stayed open until 11:00 PM, especially in winter. It would also be useful to set alarms and control the windows from the in-room tablet.

The room and breakfast were fantastic, and the staff were terrific and always ready to help. We’ve stayed at the Paris Ritz, and this was right up there. We had a fantastic time at Puro Warsaw and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Beautiful design, comfortable rooms, and a great location. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. I also appreciated the many healthy choices at breakfast. We ate lunch and dinner at Magari, and the food was great. Highly recommend PURO, and thank you for such a lovely stay!
