Qbik Loft Aparts

I stayed for a week and there was no cleaning during that time. The TV card also didn’t work. I’m not much of a TV person, but having several things stop working was annoying, and the electricity was out for a day. When I contacted them about that, I got no response for a whole day. Getting into the apartment was a poor start to my first visit to Poland. No instructions had been emailed, so I arrived without knowing how to access the place and had to get my Uber driver to help make calls before I could finally reach my unit. The basic things you need for a stay just weren’t there. There was a mistake on my part with the booking. Staff were very inconsiderate about it, though they did extend my stay. I wouldn’t return or recommend this place, especially to tourists or first-time visitors. If you want somewhere clean and pristine with reception staff available to help, I’d suggest a hotel. For a characterful, family-style stay, I’d suggest an Airbnb.

I booked this place partly because it was supposed to have an airport shuttle, but when I arrived they said there wasn’t one. I tried to cancel, and they wouldn’t let me. The person who met me was unprofessional and had an attitude from the moment I walked in. If you’re American, don’t book with these people.

Hard to beat for an overnight business trip.

The photos on Booking com make it look better than it is, but otherwise it’s okay and definitely worth what it costs.
