The kitchen setup was grim: the oil, cutlery, coffee, and tea all looked greasy and used, as if they’d been left after someone cooked. There was exposed wiring and dirty water too, along with poor upkeep throughout. I found the place unsafe and unhygienic. The entrance was nearly impossible to locate, tucked inside what seemed to be an active construction site. The mattress was filthy and seemed like it might have bed bugs. Its springs were so worn that it felt like a cheap Temu imitation of an actual bed. I’d honestly rather sleep outside, which would probably be cleaner. If you’re thinking of booking, maybe try a homeless shelter first. It’d be waaaay better.

There was construction going on outside, and we couldn’t even get into the building, let alone the room we’d rented. We kept calling the number they provided, but the person had their phone off. It was a really bad experience, and we’d advise people not to book this apartment. We nearly had to sleep on the street. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

There’s an electrical switchboard serving half the building in the toilet, and an open transformer in the bathroom. The “apartment” is on the technical floor. I believe taking a shower there is dangerous.

The view was nice, and there was hot water, but the place was dirty and stinky. It was also very, very cold because there wasn’t enough heat, and the bathroom had mold.

The owner is very unresponsive. Better to stay wherever you like.
