The Winter Magic spa package at Regent Warsaw Hotel was wonderful. It came with a body scrub, a really relaxing shea butter massage, and a lifting facial massage. Victoria did my massage, and I especially want to thank her. She’s friendly, attentive, and really good at what she does. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommended! ✨🌸

The pool setup felt inconvenient and unhygienic, since guests had to put towels on other hotel items instead of straight onto the sunbeds. The room also had stained walls and torn bed linen, and its general condition was disappointing for a hotel presented as a luxury five-star property. I had to ask reception for bathrobes because there weren’t any in my room. Then I waited more than two hours and followed up twice before they arrived, damaged and with large holes. Those are basic standards for a hotel of this category. The service and room quality fell short of what I expected, and significant improvements are needed to meet five-star standards.

The food is high quality, though I wish the portions were a little bigger. I especially recommend the shrimps and fresh fruit salad with a glass of white wine. This is one of my favourite Warsaw hotels, mainly because of the restaurant. The staff are warm and attentive. After the meal, they check that everything was satisfactory and listen sincerely to feedback.

A delayed flight meant we wound up staying here unexpectedly, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room felt spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a big comfortable bed, a large bathroom, and plenty of room that gave it an understated luxurious feel. Breakfast had a wide range of dishes, different kinds of eggs and pancakes, lots of fruit and jams, and a proper coffee bar. It was excellent.

Reception was excellent, and the staff there were kind and helpful when a sewer problem forced me to switch rooms. I was told a pump had burst. The hotel itself needs a complete renovation, with lots of interior room features needing replacement. Breakfast is too pricey at 100 PLN a day.
