We couldn't relax or sleep because the speakers were so loud and annoying. The place also didn't feel safe, and we were uncomfortable the whole time. On top of that, the bathroom drain was very poor, with water overflowing and pooling, and cleanliness was lacking. What we got bore no resemblance to the pictures or description on the site. The host was uncooperative and had a bad attitude, and we felt our concerns were met with no care or respect.

A stranger came into the apartment at night while we were asleep. That was terrifying and left us feeling extremely unsafe. We were already upset that the apartment we received was completely different from what we'd booked, and the bed was dirty and stained with what looked like old urine. When I tried to sort it out, the host was rude and unprofessional, then hung up while I was explaining. Booking.com didn't help when we contacted them. We explained what happened and provided proof, but they took no real action to support us or protect future guests. I strongly don't recommend this place, and I'm very disappointed with how Booking.com handled it.

It was nighttime, my son and I were left to sleep in a room that hadn't been cleaned, and none of the phone numbers answered. The security guards said they couldn't help. A horrible experience. I want the administrators to contact me so this can be resolved.

The apartments were clean and lovely, and the location was great, with a local shop nearby and close to the airport. I'll definitely come back.
