The shower was unusable for five days because it had no cold water, and the bathtub had no plug. The bathroom fan and radiator were broken too, so the room smelled bad and I couldn't dry towels. The apartment was filthy, with dirty walls, damaged furniture, cigarette odor, one cup, and no proper plates. RentPlanet promised every day to send someone to fix things, but nobody showed up. I lost time, energy, and work plans chasing basic repairs, and got silence and false promises. There was no real support after they took my money. This is the worst rental company I’ve dealt with. The apartment looked nothing like the pretty photos, my trip was ruined, and I was left stressed and ignored. RentPlanet shouldn’t be in business.

Getting into the room was a mess. Check-in was at 4:00 PM, but the email arrived at 4:01 with the door-code field blank. I spent 20-30 minutes calling the hotline without an answer, until a woman eventually called me back and gave me the key. The place was in awful shape: grubby walls, poor cleaning, and a horrible stale smell, like it hadn’t been aired out in years. Even the bathroom blinds were strange and didn’t work. Everything felt dirty and unhygienic. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

There’s no reception, so any issue means calling people who just make excuses, and getting anything resolved is nearly impossible. Our friend’s room had a toilet door that wouldn’t work. A repairman couldn’t fix it, and the person on the phone refused to move them unless we paid extra for cleaning. What cleaning? Check-in is at 11 and checkout at 16, yet they can’t keep the apartments basically clean, and we were expected to pay for what exactly? The place was extremely dirty, with no service to speak of. One of the worst stays I’ve had. If you have any self-respect, stay somewhere else. There are plenty of options.

The interior looked nice, but the apartment had a sour, awful smell coming from the kitchen, which seemed tidy at first. Then a cockroach ran out of the fridge. There was mold in the bathroom, a door that wouldn’t close, a boot print high on a wall, and something brown on the ceiling. The service made things worse. Contractors came in without knocking and didn’t know guests were there. They couldn’t repair the door, but staff asked us why it wasn’t fixed instead of asking the contractors. When we requested another room, nobody seemed willing to help. Emails and messages went unanswered, and for two days they kept saying they’d call after checking. It eventually turned into an argument by phone.
