RentPlanet - Studio Aleje Jerozolimskie

I booked three apartments for my family, and I'm very disappointed. Only one was in a condition suitable for a proper stay. The one I'm in is filthy, smells strongly, has dirty bed linen, no clean towels or toilet paper, and lights that don't work properly. After more than 10 hours of travel, I was exhausted and, since nobody did anything, had to sleep in those conditions. I've taken photos and videos as proof and sent them by email. In apartment No. 189, where my parents are staying, there's no toilet paper, all the balcony chairs are broken and unusable, and there are no curtains on the windows. I've booked with you before, but this time I reserved three apartments and what we got was far below the standard we paid for. I want an immediate solution, whether that's a replacement apartment, a hotel room, or another suitable arrangement. I'm waiting for an urgent reply. 6 Wiktoryn, Wtochy, 02-461 Warszawa, Polska B 7th room 185
