Rynek Apartments Old Town

For all 48 hours I was there, the internet didn’t work. I emailed and called the apartment manager using the contact details in the description, then tried the booking service. They said they’d look for the owner, but nobody ever got back to me. I’d planned to work quietly from the apartment. Instead, I had to pay to sit in crowded cafes and speak with my boss where anyone could hear me. I was really disappointed and frustrated with the service. I can’t understand how Booking could allow this listing on its website. Internet trouble wasn’t the worst possible problem, but it made me wonder what I’d do if I lost my key. Would I be left out on the street? If my passport and bags were inside, how could I leave the country?

Nice place, good location.

The location is the one good thing here. The place itself is great, but the host ignores guests and gives no clear information about internet or TV. There’s no internet and no TV. It also gets noisy in the evenings when someone bounces a ball around. If those things and the lack of contact don’t bother you, you may be fine. I wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s in a great location and doesn’t cost that much. Having two rooms share a bathroom is fine too, it isn’t a deal-breaker.
