I’d stay away from these people. We booked an apartment through Booking.com, then they said the card wasn’t going through and pushed us to pay on an outside platform. We believed them. When we got there, there were no keys, and the phone number they’d given us didn’t exist. It was all a lie, and our money was gone. They now answer complaints with apologies, but that doesn’t change what happened. I have proof if anyone wants to see it. Be careful, they use all sorts of tricks, and don’t believe their replies trying to make themselves look good.
