Sheraton Grand Warsaw

This is our favorite Marriott in Warsaw. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bed is the best. Breakfast is very good and the service is nice. The gym is small, but it's new and has a squat rack.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and our stay got off to a great start as soon as we drove up. Francisco welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and noticed we were a large group. He was funny and kind, and made sure everyone's bags reached the right people. We arrived with several very hungry family members, and Magdalena and Martyna at Cucina Mia were so gracious. They made sure everyone got what they wanted and turned the evening around for us. We ordered a lot, including the broth soup, which is a must. We left full and smiling. Their kindness and hospitality deserve recognition. At breakfast the next morning, Robert was a great host. The buffet was delicious with a nice selection, and the kids loved the pancakes. These four employees had a huge positive effect on our stay, and I'm so grateful for their warmth. The room was comfortable, with a great bed and pillows. Room service and housekeeping were also excellent. They responded quickly to food orders and requests. Extra towels arrived in under five minutes, and our food came promptly.

The rooms were more spacious than I expected, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options and was really delicious. The ground-floor restaurant also had a great atmosphere and good food. I love staying here, especially with its great location, and I'll definitely come back if I'm in Warsaw again.

The restaurants and bar were excellent, and the hotel was reasonably priced. The front desk team seemed a bit inexperienced, though they were friendly. Marriott stays rarely feel particularly special to me, and this one didn't either. Still, it was better than every Marriott property I've stayed at in the US.
