We had no major problems during our stay. The apartment was warm and lovely, with new furnishings and everything needed to be comfortable. It was on the 10th floor. Only one of the three elevators was working. The bed was comfortable, and the sofa bed was fine too. Bathroom and linens were clean. The location is outside the city center, but public transport is nearby and it's about a half-hour walk. We did have a problem that we reported by message. They kept giving us the network name, which didn't exist, and the password, and suggested restarting the modem. That didn't fix it.
