The 24-hour reception was a big plus, and the staff were polite, quick to sort out problems, and offered help without being asked. It left a very pleasant impression. It’s a handy place to rest before a flight, with the basics: comfortable beds, a table, and a shower. In the shared hallway there’s a fridge, microwave, kettle, cups, coffee, tea, and sugar.

A pleasant, clean, no-frills 2* hotel if you want an inexpensive stay without being in a hostel. The terrace is cozy, but the windows and doors don’t insulate well, so you can hear everything outside. Planes are audible all the time too, since it’s close to the airport landing strip. The internet was slow, only 1.8mb/s, and unreliable, so I’ve taken off a star. I’ll probably stay again if I need affordable accommodation in Warsaw :)

The room was warm and comfortable, with the heating already on in early October. The hotel is fairly close to the airport, which made it a great place to spend a night before or after a flight. Everything was great!

We were woken up on my friend’s birthday and made to move from the rooms we’d paid for, with almost no explanation. The replacement room was exposed enough that people could easily look inside, and as two young women we felt very uneasy. It was near construction, with older men able to walk past and peer in. We tried to explain our concerns for nearly two hours, but the staff were extremely rude and later snickered at us as we passed. I was worried about our safety and also about valuables being visible, since someone could case the room and break in. This was appalling and completely unacceptable.

Krakow and this hotel have a special place in my heart. I visited eight years ago and had a wonderful time, with incredibly friendly staff. They even let us leave our luggage for a few days at no charge. I’m really looking forward to coming back with my husband.
