Sound Garden Hotel Airport

Breakfast was the best part of my stay, with a generous spread of delicious options. The staff were nice too, and the food was great. The room, though, was a big letdown. It was extremely cramped, the window wouldn’t open, and I couldn’t figure out the air conditioning, which didn’t seem to work properly. The air felt stale. The carpet was dirty and the bed’s headboard was stained. With the room conditions and cleanliness like that, I probably won’t stay here again.

I’ve stayed at Sound Garden Hotel Airport several times and keep coming away with a great impression. It’s conveniently near the airport, the rooms are modern, quiet, and comfortable, and the atmosphere is both professional and welcoming. The staff are consistently friendly, efficient, and ready to help. Once, there was a minor issue, and a top-level manager personally took care of it. The response was quick, and the compensation was extremely generous and thoughtful. That kind of responsibility and customer care is rare, and it says a lot about how the hotel is managed. I trust the hotel even more now, and it’s clear guest satisfaction matters at every level. I’ll keep choosing it when I’m in Warsaw and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking high-quality service near the airport.

The room was spacious and clean, with a pretty comfortable mattress, and the staff were professional and attentive. The pillows were the one downside, a little too soft and uncomfortable. In-room coffee and tea were fine, and it was great to have free water in the corridor, including sparkling. I’d definitely come back if I get the chance.

The lobby’s colors and design made it easy to relax, and I’ll be back after this first stay. My room was cleaned and prepared really well, with a garden view each morning that was just lovely. Breakfast had lots of choices, and they cooked eggs or omelettes live. It was also my first time in Poland. After check-in, Ewelina had a nice chat with me and helped pick places to visit. At checkout, Dasha was kind and helped with my bags. I’ll definitely return and recommend the place to friends.
