The building is beautiful, but the tub and other fixtures seemed badly installed. It made us question how well the property is maintained.

The city center location and good transport links seem to be what you're paying for, but I still found it overpriced and won't stay again. Even the Booking.com discount is only a little better than the regular rental price. The apartments have seen better days, and ours hadn't been cleaned properly: there was lots of dust, some cutlery hadn't been washed, and the bed linen needed washing more often.

There was hair in the cutlery drawer, the floor was dirty, and the bedding was damp and smelled like urine. Read the other guests' reviews first, lesson learned. I'm never using their services again.
