I paid about €200 for two nights, so I expected at least a clean apartment in decent condition. Instead, it was filthy, with dirt everywhere, and I had to wash the floor myself while traveling with a small child. I found a bottle of urine on top of the wardrobe, and it looked like it had been there a long time. The place is heavily worn, with many things broken or coming apart, including the edge of the kitchen table. There was a broken chair and stained, dirty walls too. I took photos of everything just after check-in and sent them to the host. I expected some action, maybe a cleaning service, but all I got back was “thank you for your message.” There was no baby cot, despite it being supposed to be available, though that was the smallest issue. I rarely leave reviews and usually try to be understanding about minor problems, but this time felt like hitting the jackpot. Apartments can show wear over time, sure, but this one was 100% bad. I strongly don’t recommend it. I booked because my friend was staying nearby, but if I’d known what a trash experience was waiting, I’d rather have come from the other side of Warsaw. Check the management company’s name carefully when booking this or similar apartments. This was my first time renting an apartment instead of a hotel, and I’ll be much more careful next time.
