We only stayed one night, but both of our rooms were unbearably hot. They're very small, and the radiators were still scorching even though reception said the remotely controlled heating had been turned off. We woke during the night feeling short of breath, with the rooms seeming close to 30°C, and had to keep opening the windows for a few minutes to manage. Sleep was difficult for another reason too: a blue light above the door flashed all night. The shower drained badly and water pooled, and basic things such as body lotion, conditioner and bathrobes weren't in the rooms. We had to request them at reception. I usually research hotels carefully before choosing one, which makes this stay especially frustrating. It was uncomfortable and poorly managed, and I wouldn't recommend it. 🫠🫠🫠

The building has so much character, and the decor was lovely. Our rooms, one at the front and one at the back, were clean, quiet and nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and the air conditioning came in handy during a surprisingly hot weekend. We were in Warsaw for a family wedding and stayed at Teatro Hotel when we arrived, then again for a few nights before flying home. Both times, the cheerful staff made check-in quick and easy. It was also an easy walk to the old town and shops, with loads of places to eat nearby.

The hotel sits right at the end of a busy stretch of bars and restaurants, and the old town is an easy walk away. My room was spotless and seemed newly furnished. Everyone on staff was polite, friendly and easy to approach. I'd gladly stay again.

The room was lovely and quiet, and the service was great. There are plenty of different bars and restaurants nearby, and having access to the fitness center was a big plus. I highly recommend it when visiting Warszaw.

The staff made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived, and their attentive, warm service really stood out. The room was spotless, comfortable and beautifully put together. The whole hotel felt peaceful, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Breakfast was delicious, with lots to choose from, and the amenities were excellent. Everything seemed thoughtfully taken care of. I'd happily return and recommend the place to anyone who wants a comfortable, clean stay with lovely hospitality.
