We rented an apartment from Topone Apartament in central Warsaw, and the location was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was kind and friendly. Highly recommend it, and thank you, Jola!

The beds were dirty and the bedding smelled unpleasant. The apartment’s washing machine was broken, and it had no dishes, cutlery, pans, or forks. Getting inside was difficult because we had to call a security guard to open the door, and there was no second key. Contact with the owner was limited. After I paid a 500 PLN deposit, she stopped responding to messages, then returned only 400 PLN without explaining the 100 PLN deduction. I don’t recommend it.

It’s cozy and clean, and the location is ideal for exploring Warsaw on foot. The owner is very nice, and we’ll definitely use his services again. I highly recommend him.
