The staff’s attitude was awful, with rude communication and no interest in helping. It didn’t feel as if guests were welcome at all. The room itself was just as bad. The bed was broken, so sleeping was impossible, and the walls and everything around them were filthy and in terrible condition, as if the room hadn’t been cleaned in years. There was mold all over the shower and an unbearable smell. The old, dirty linens made it disgusting to even be there, never mind sleep. Charging 300 zlotys for this was a complete waste of money. The condition was appalling and the sanitation unacceptable. I’d never recommend this hotel.

The room felt more like a dump than somewhere to stay.

Paying 300 for this was a waste of money. The room was filthy and smelled bad, with a moldy shower, dirty old linens, and a broken bed that made sleep impossible. The walls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and indifferent to guests’ concerns. A really disappointing, unsanitary stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
