Victory Home

The reception staff at Hotel victory Home were very nice and accommodating when I hosted a party there. The restaurant was another story. Management had handed it to a private individual, and the restaurant staff were rude to us and, I felt, racist because we aren't Polish or white. They made sarcastic remarks to guests and said the event was bad. We had told them what we needed, but only some of it was provided, and the service was still awful. We paid the full amount they asked for, with the deposit paid on time and the rest requested before the event, yet they treated everyone disrespectfully. I would never recommend this hotel. The worst.

The bed was comfortable, but the curtains didn't block out the light from the illuminated advertisement across the street, so the room never got fully dark. I had to bang on the door like a madman before anyone noticed I'd arrived. I'd already rung the bell and called the hotel, and neither got a response.

Watch out if you're a foreigner booking or reserving here. I found the restaurant owner and receptionist subtly racist. They made sarcastic jokes about foreigners, and the restaurant owner even charged me for a single tissue.

hello everyone, i've had my best holidays at victory home 🏠 hotel. the people are lovely and helpful, and the rooms are always clean and beautiful. i fully recommend coming to stay. happy new year 2026 to everyone
