The place is in terrible shape, with broken things everywhere and little upkeep. The rooms were dirty and the bathroom was broken. There wasn’t even anyone at reception when we arrived, and the electricity couldn’t handle switching on the kettle. I’d avoid staying here. There are plenty of better places that cost much less.

The bed was the one thing I liked, it was really comfortable. Everything else was rough. The room smelled of laundry powder, the Wi-Fi was a complete mess, and the shower was confusing to use with no hot water. 🥶 The password was so easy to guess that I can see why the connection was bad, and I think people from the whole neighbourhood were using it.

The owner was kind and helpful, and the place felt cozy and homely from the moment I arrived. I only stayed one night. You can hear quite a lot from the rooms next door, including people using the toilet or leaving in the morning, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. That’s the only reason I took off a star.

I’ll be passing through Warsaw again in a month and will definitely stay here again. I had a great night’s sleep in a clean, comfortable room, and the shower had strong pressure. The bathroom was spotless, and the A/C was nice and cold, a welcome bonus in July. There was bottled water, tea and coffee in the room, plus plenty of pillows on a comfortable bed. It was an easy Bolt ride from the airport, and the Host was amazingly friendly and helpful. I had a fabulous stay during a long layover and can’t recommend it enough.

The receptionist was very helpful in calling a taxi. It’s close to the airport, and the rooms are nice.
