A quick word about the good bits first: the tiny room was clean and comfortable, and the water pressure issue was fixed quickly after I complained. That's about it. The main advantage is being near Chopin airport. For multiple nights, I'd look elsewhere. The walls are so thin you'll hear everything, from snoring to other activities, and the immediate area is basically MacDonalds, KFC and Kaufland. If fine dining means burgers and fries to you, you'll be spoiled for choice. The tram stop is a 10-minute walk away. The room lock was so difficult to open I thought I might break the key. Then I arrived on the same day as a busload of children on a school trip. After 10 hours of travel from Czechia, I wanted to rest. Instead, the children rearranged furniture, banged on walls and floors, and slammed doors until 2:30 in the morning. Their parents weren't around, and the supervisors didn't seem interested. The door slamming carried on as they left in the morning, then the cleaners joined in, as if they'd taken inspiration from the children. Please teach the staff to be quieter. Some people on holiday are still sleeping at 7-8 AM; I already have to get up at 4 AM when I'm not on holiday. This wasn't the first report either. I'd read at least two other reviews about noisy children. The hotel should address it if it doesn't want to lose guests. By then I was exhausted and lost a whole day of exploring the city. Things worth seeing aren't exactly within walking distance, and I didn't come to Warsaw to sleep all day. I finally got out of bed around noon, missed breakfast, and found the water pressure too low to shower. That was two complaints after one night, and the person at reception looked at me like I'd come from another planet. At least the water problem was sorted fast, so credit for that. Next time I'll find somewhere nearer the city center, with walls that aren't made of paper.
