For the money, this is the best place I've stayed in Europe. The apartments are spacious, quiet, clean, and very comfortable, in a lovely residential area with pretty three-story houses. Reception is open 24/7, and there's free parking. Plenty of supermarkets and cafes are within a kilometer. Highly recommendable!

The rooms are decent, but the way returning guests are treated was disappointing. I’ve stayed several times before, but this will be my last. I don’t see any flexibility, cancellations, or loyalty for people who come back. I had prepaid for October 23-26, then asked to shift the October 25-26 part of my stay to October 30-31 because my plans changed. The request was refused without explanation, even though the hotel was half empty. Later, an error in the trip.com app made me select October 29-30 by mistake instead of 30-31. I told the hotel right away, but they asked me to book again at the full price. It felt like €50 mattered more than a loyal guest. Update: trip.com helped me get a refund, and I’m grateful to their team. I still won’t stay at Warsaw Apartments again.

The experience was good overall. We did have an issue with the service, but it was okay.

There are plenty of parking options, and the apartment itself was great and very quiet. A bus stop about 1 km away has a route to the city centre.

We were delighted with our stay, even though it was only one night. For 40 €, we had a spacious place with everything needed for living: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living room with a kitchen. The area felt quiet and protected, and free parking was nearby. It takes 20-30 min to get to the city center, or an Uber is easy to use and costs around 7€ one way. We adored the place and will definitely come back!
