Warsaw Center Mennica Residence by Renters

The location is lovely, and compared with Warsaw's overblown prices, the rate was OK. Netflix was on the TV, and finding parking nearby wasn't difficult. But both apartments felt sterile, with only fair cleanliness and no cozy touches. The soap and shampoo bottles in the kitchens and bathrooms were empty, a problem that seems to show up in many comments. There was no shower mat, just one towel per person, and the pillows were uncomfortable. If you use the sofa bed, you'll have to make it yourself with linens thrown in the wardrobe. As my father put it, “to avoid embarrassment, refrain from recommending this place to friends.” It suits budget travellers who can work out the gates, directions, and codes from the complicated self check-in instructions. We found that inverted escape room game hilarious, at least.

The staff were friendly, and the room had all the appliances I could want: a washing machine, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It was clean, beautiful, and I really liked it. The one thing is that during our five days, the room was never cleaned.

WOW, what a great apartment. It’s modern, new, and clean, with everything you need.

WARNING, RIP OFF. This company takes customers' money and offers no help when there's a problem. They won't replace uninhabitable accommodation, but they keep the money. Avoid working with them and don't book their apartments.
