Warsaw Concept Apart Hotel

Getting around was easy, with good public transport links and lots of small supermarkets and coffee shops nearby for breakfast. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for a Warsaw city trip. The staff member at reception was friendly and helpful. We had a small check-in problem, but she handled it kindly and professionally.

The apartment owner was very kind and did her best to handle my requests, and I’m grateful for that. The room was clean, and despite the building’s age, the shower worked fine. There’s a supermarket nearby, and it’s a 10-15 minute walk from the station. The air conditioner was broken, but the ceiling fan helped me put up with the heat. Agoda’s terms said there would be daily cleaning, but it happened only once a week. The owner said the rules called for weekly cleaning. I found the room door a little difficult to open because it worked differently from doors in Japan. I also contacted Agoda customer support and got no reply.

The room felt modern, was very clean, and had a comfortable bed. There’s a kitchen with a hob, kettle, fridge, and tea and coffee facilities, plus free Wi-Fi. Bus 175 from Waw airport stops a seven-minute walk from the hotel. The AC didn’t work. There was only a fan, and it had to be on with the lights, so it wasn’t practical to use at night.

The location was very central, and the room was spacious, though the bathroom wasn’t completely clean. There wasn’t a proper reception, just a security guard. I tried talking to three different guards during my visit, and none spoke English. I’d expect that at a hotel like this.
