Warsaw Presidential Hotel

I left feeling refreshed and completely rejuvenated. The wellness area at the Presidential Hotel Warsaw felt like a retreat in its own right, and I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to anyone after a luxurious stay and memorable spa experience. The pool was serene and spacious, a lovely place to unwind after a day in the city. Saunas and steam rooms were kept at ideal temperatures, and the sensory showers were a wonderful indulgence. Everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully arranged. Elegant design, warm lighting and beautiful materials made the space feel soothing and encouraged you to slow down and breathe.💕

I’ve stayed here many times over the last ten years, and it’s still one of my favourite Warsaw hotels. I sleep really well in these beds, which is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The gym is new, with lots of state of the art machines, breakfast is very good, and reception staff are friendly and professional. They make an effort with the lobby decor, and there’s a good atmosphere in and around the hotel. The minibar has a huge variety, though it’s crazy expensive. There are issues too. A few times the bathroom wasn’t properly clean, with hair on the floor or a urine smell in the toilet. That’s unacceptable for a 5 star place. The rooms are old, which is generally OK, but the bathrooms are in poor shape, worn and damaged, and need renovation. Lately I’ve always been put on floors where construction seems to be going nowhere, with taped holes in the walls and stains or dirt on the carpet. I believe there are nicer floors, but with a company rate booking I end up on the “cheap floors”, at least that’s my impression. The gym reception staff aren’t friendly, no hello or goodbye. The hotel is often crowded too, and after 8.00 the breakfast area can feel like a Warzone.

There’s a lot of history here, including the USA Presidents who have visited Poland and stayed at this iconic hotel. The location was convenient for my colleagues, young Ladies, and me, and we loved the great atmosphere and excellent amenities, especially the gym and spa. The restaurant food was delicious too. It felt like a truly presidential experience!

The buffet breakfast was impressive, and the staff were professional while still being friendly. The pool and gym are very nice too. It’s a very, very large hotel, and the theme and colour scheme feel a bit outdated. They’re renovating, though, so I’m sure the completed floors will be amazing.
