The replacement apartment looked fine in the photos, but the actual place was filthy. There was mold in the shower, grime behind the sink, broken soap dispensers with some unidentifiable gunk inside, and dirt all over the floors. Under the bed we found loads of rubbish, from bottles and caps to other bits. Even the entrance was a bad start, with a broken door handle. It was a lot different from the pictures. After booking, the host said there was a technical problem and offered us another property, supposedly because the one we booked couldn't be rented. Yet it stayed available for our whole visit. The original listing had nice photos, a good location, and an affordable price, then they immediately offered a different apartment. I suspect this is some sort of routine practice. Looking at the company's reviews, people repeatedly mention dirty, unprepared apartments. I also suspect the positive reviews are bought. I warn people against booking with Golden Apartments and am filing a complaint about this rental. Scammers!

They changed the location the day after booking and charged extra, saying there was a minor fault. The replacement was a total dump. The addresses and phone numbers were completely different, and when I called to say something seemed off, they got embarrassed straight away. In short, I don't recommend them. Avoid these scammers and manipulators.

The balcony was so neglected I won't even get into it, and the windows were practically gray with grime. Inside, the walls were scratched and dirty, there was mold in the bathroom shower, and the drain was blocked and caused flooding. We were four people but got just one key and one chip, which opened every door and gave access to the upper floor.

No one got in touch after I arrived. Please avoid.
