Warsawrent Apartamenty Centralna

I arrived at Warsawhit Apartment at around 21:30 on 9 December 2025. Because it was late, I didn’t notice the state of the bedding until the next morning, when I found dried urine on the sheets. The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned before I arrived, which was a serious hygiene failure. I reported it right away to the manager, who first offered a partial refund of 100 PLN, then increased it to 150 PLN through Agoda. That didn’t reflect how serious the problem was. The conditions meant I couldn’t reasonably stay there, and I had to throw away my sleepwear because it was contaminated. I reported the issue to Agoda and Polish Consumer Protection. It was a very unpleasant, stressful experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this property.

The city center location is amazing, and the price didn’t feel expensive, maybe even quite cheap. The rooms are nice and have most of what you need for cooking and showering. We liked the place enough that as soon as we arrived, we knew we’d book it again when we came back to warsaw at the end of the month. It was a fantastic stay. On our second stay, the staff were very helpful and ready to assist with anything. We didn’t have an oven in our apartment, so they let us use another empty room while we needed it. The Wi-Fi was good, the location was still great, and the rooms were very nice. My one wish: more places to charge phones, since there seemed to be only two or three in the whole apartment.

We’ve stayed in these apartments twice. They’re clean, reasonably priced, and only a few minutes from the central train station. The staff are friendly and usually in the office when you need them, and you can get an Uber in a couple of minutes right outside. There’s a Ukrainian restaurant next door with indoor and sidewalk seating, and its menu is honestly pretty diverse. For quick food to bring back, the nearby Saigon restaurant is more of a kiosk, but the food is excellent. A grocery store across the street opens at 6 AM, and the apartment works well for making small meals. Parking can be difficult. The first time we came by car, it took a while to find a spot. The elevator is on a half floor, so you have to climb some stairs to reach it.

The apartment was cozy, with wooden floors, a nice wardrobe, a comfortable bed, and a good bathroom. It’s in a large apartment building with secure access. There’s no dedicated parking, but you can park on the street for around 15 euro for a full day. A metro station nearby goes to the old town, and there are buses too. At night it was quiet enough to sleep with the window open. A big thank you to the woman who waited for us after her working hours. We’d been delayed by serious highway traffic, and she stayed for us. I’d recommend the place for a visit to Warsaw.
