We’d stayed here before, but during our night of January 18-19, we were treated in a way we hadn’t experienced on earlier visits. We arrived late, apologized, and tried to explain in broken English that we needed a room. Anastasia said she spoke Polish and English, but it was still hard to communicate. Her manner came across as unfriendly and even hostile, as if the hotel had no interest in accommodating guests.

The area is quiet, and the hotel is conveniently close to the airport and business areas. Reception staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. One thing to know if you plan to work: there’s only a pouf, no chair, at the table, so it’s not comfortable for sitting there for hours.

I had a great stay before my June flight. The receptionist was lovely, the supper was delicious, and it was quiet enough for me to sleep well. Since my flight was early, they arranged an airport transfer and packed a takeaway breakfast. It was tasty and generous enough that I still had some to eat at lunchtime. Thanks for the stay!

For a trip through Chopin airport, the location works really well. Check-in was quick, the customer service was great, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. It’s an airport hotel without frills, but it does the job. I’m taking off a star because the internet wasn’t great, and I hope they improve it.

It’s a small, clean, quiet place near Warsaw airport, away from the crowds, where you can relax. It’s no Ritz Carlson, but if you need somewhere peaceful and comfortable, I’d highly recommend it.
