The room wasn’t as described on booking, and the service was very poor.

The room, bathroom, and kitchen were all clean and tidy, and I slept really well. The only reason I’m taking off a star is the lack of parking. You have to search hard to find a spot. Still, at an affordable price, there’s nothing to complain about, and I highly recommend it.

The bathroom was especially bad, with moldy grout and dark stains on a toilet that clearly wasn’t cleaned regularly. The room wasn’t much better: dusty table, unvacuumed and unwashed floor, dirty chairs with holes, and sheets that looked like they’d only been changed after the previous guest. Our corner room had lots of windows, but some blinds were missing and lying on the floor or sill. Staff didn’t seem to care, even though the room gets very hot in warm weather. I understand prices going up for a concert, but at those rates the basics, especially cleanliness, should be taken care of. Otherwise, they shouldn’t inflate the prices. I’ll never return and strongly advise against staying here.

They canceled my paid booking just an hour and a half before check-in. They offered other locations, but I’d chosen this place for its location. A total disaster. I do not recommend it!
