I had a spacious, clean room, and there’s a balcony and kitchen where you can have coffee or tea. It’s a nice little hotel in a quiet spot. I arrived at night and used self check-in.

The bus stop is right on the street, and the hotel is near the center of Warsaw. The rooms are equipped and very clean, and the price is attractive: 20€/day for SGL and 30€/day for DBL with breakfast. I’m here for 2 days and it’s a very nice place with everything you need for your trip. I recommend it.

The owner is easy to reach, responds, picks up, and helps. The location is good, the bathrooms are clean, and the rooms are super clean too. There’s a large, accessible kitchen and parking behind a mechanical gate. At this price, I’ve got nothing to complain about. A brilliant choice for a Warsaw trip for normal people.

It’s clean and cozy, and the fully equipped kitchen makes it feel like home. Parking is remote-controlled. I’d recommend the place for either a short or long stay. The only nuisance was not having a kettle in the room, especially since I was on the top floor and had to go down to the basement kitchen in the two-story building. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
