The location was fantastic, close to everything. But the bathroom was badly neglected, there was an unpleasant smell throughout the apartment, and the towels stank.

The place was a nightmare, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. I only stayed because my schedule was too tight to find somewhere else. Check-in communication was terrible, and the hairdryer, TV, gaming console, and other amenities were broken. There was dust and dirt everywhere, stained kitchen cabinets, and dirty, damaged furniture and walls. The coffee machine even had a used filter and coffee grounds inside. The bedding was stained and had hair on it. The owner said it had come from the dry cleaners, but I’m convinced it hadn’t been replaced with fresh, clean bedding since the previous guests. I had to change it myself.

Getting in was easy, and the location is great, close to everything. The only downside is the view, since you can’t see the Palace of Culture and Science. Otherwise, it’s fine :)

The setting is pleasant, and before we arrived, the staff called to explain how reception worked.
