Whenever I'm passing through, I stay here. The place feels new, with clean, spacious rooms and nature all around. Great accommodation, good food and good staff!

The room was okay, but it was hot inside and the air conditioning barely worked. It was 38 degrees outside, though I don't think that area is always so hot. Breakfast was okay too. The receptionist was very friendly and spoke English really well. Thank you for that.

We slept much better on the second night after asking for extra pillows. The ones in the room at first were uncomfortable, and our first night was restless. The bed itself was enormous and comfortable, and the room was spacious, with a small fridge that was perfect for keeping water cold. It smelled a little closed up when we arrived, but the generously sized windows made airing it out easy. The shower was spotless, though it drained a little slowly. The hotel was clean throughout, and the restaurant staff were friendly, always smiling and giving excellent service. We didn't use the spa treatments such as massage, but we did try the pool and jacuzzi. They're on the small side, but cozy and pleasant, just right for relaxing after a long walk. It's a very peaceful place to unwind, with greenery all around and the river nearby. Otwock center is close enough to go for an ice cream. I'd also recommend Kaszmir Indian restaurant, a pleasant 19-minute walk away, and the Mazowieckie Landscape Park.

The food was delicious, both at dinner and at breakfast, where there was a huge range to choose from. The hotel has great facilities, including a lovely spa pool with a ceiling that gives the room a special feel. There’s bowling, and you can hire a bike to explore the surrounding area. The rooms were huge and modern.
