The outdoor area is badly neglected, with overgrown grounds and a balcony in terrible shape. There's a lot of wasted potential here. They could improve the space, perhaps by adding a children's play area and a barbecue. The rooms themselves are okay, though there's no wardrobe, which is a matter of preference.

The price is definitely a plus, and there's a Lidl nearby. The house is close to the Giżycko exit. Still, without a kitchen or washing machine, the room isn't really suited to a longer stay, especially with children. You shouldn't expect the features of an expensive room in a cheap one, but what is provided should at least be clean and work.

I won't be coming back, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The lack of a bathroom in the room is a major drawback, as is the rude attitude toward customers. I also agree about the cleanliness. Guests are expected to put on the duvet cover and pillowcase and make the bed, something I've never encountered anywhere else. And when someone is given a price without being told otherwise, they have to assume it's net: if they ask for an invoice, they're then told VAT costs extra.

It was clean and comfortable, and the price was okay. It's a bit far from the center, which can be a plus too. With so many insects around and the warm weather making you want to open the window, a mosquito net would be my one suggestion.
