The room and bathroom were clean, and the price seemed fairly reasonable for what you get. The place has a basic, 90s feel, though. The beds and bedding are old, and the walls are so thin I could hear a neighbor blowing their nose from the restaurant.

We’ve been here several times, sometimes staying for weeks, and it’s always been lovely. The house is quiet, clean and well kept, with good breakfast and daily room cleaning. We know from other hotels around here that daily cleaning isn’t always the norm. The beach is several kilometers away on foot through the woods, though, and my wife, who is ill, can’t manage that walk anymore.

The owners are incredibly friendly. I turned up without a reservation, and they had a room ready for me in just 10 minutes. It was clean, with a delicious buffet breakfast, and there’s coffee and tea in the hallway. There’s a big garden, a nearby playground and parking on site. Shops and cafes are all around, too. The access roads are narrow, but a regular car can get through easily. An off-road Doug might struggle. 😉 I recommend it and would happily return, this time with my husband. 😉

I’ve been coming to this wonderful hotel for 14 years, and the family run place is a real gem in Wiselka. I’ve always felt safe and comfortable here. Thanks for the wonderful time I’ve spent with you. See you next year, or maybe again this year? 😙

The really beautiful beach is about 1 km away. From there, you can walk east along the shore to the Kikut lighthouse, which is very small and unfortunately can’t be entered, then carry on along one of the red or green hiking trails. A bicycle would probably be best for that. We stayed for two nights in this fairly new hotel. Our room had a balcony and was clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was okay and enough, and the staff were friendly. The area around the hotel is somewhat lively, with tourists, bars, restaurants and other hotels, but we had no trouble with noise or sleeping.
