My family and I have stayed in Sun & Snow apartments for many years, and we've never before had to return the keys by 10 a.m. The key drop-off point is 2.5 km from the apartment. At the service office, I was also "threatened" that every minute I was late returning them would mean being charged for another day. The office service left a lot to be desired, especially the behavior of one woman, the lady with red hair. She didn't handle the accommodation formalities, but still made unprofessional comments and inappropriate facial expressions. The 250 PLN apartment preparation fee was excessive, and the apartment wasn't clean enough.
