Crystal Mountain Hotel Wisla

We had such a good family stay here. There’s something for everyone: my younger daughter loved the kids club, my older one enjoyed the ski service, and my husband was happy with both the sauna and gym. The room was decent, and there were so many activities that I can see why the place gets five stars. The hotel was very clean, and we had no issues with our room. Food and drinks were decent, while the customer service really stood out. Every worker was nice and understanding, and the receptionist even gave my daughter gifts. I’d definitely recommend coming with family. 💕💕

We came hoping to rest with our toddler, but loud music from company events went on until 1:00 AM. Our child couldn’t sleep, and other families were dealing with the same noise. We won’t be coming back. Dinner was also a poor experience during those events. The food tasted old, as if it had been left from the day before, and there were hardly any desserts. It felt like the hotel was catering to event guests instead of its regular customers.

The buffet was varied, fresh and tasty, with lots of food and drinks. The free aquapark on level 0 ran from 9 to 21. It had a quiet 25m pool and a larger one with a river and water jets that a lifeguard started on request, plus an adult slide. There were six saunas, wet, dry and infrared, and a few outdoor jacuzzis. The outdoor pool was available in warm months. WiFi was fast throughout. It’s a comfortable, modern place to rest, and the views from our large, clean, nicely designed 9th-floor room over the mountain and Wisla were amazing. The room had a fridge, a large comfortable bed, smart TV, and tea and coffee with an electric kettle. Underground parking could be requested for 70PLN/Day, with automatic access linked to the registration plate. We stayed two nights in December 2025. The reception looked beautiful, and check-in was very quick. Two things let down what otherwise felt like a five-star hotel, which is why I rate it 8/10. First, the hotel has four elevators, but only two go to the kids’ and aquapark areas. Getting between the 9th and 0 floor took 5-15 minutes depending on how many guests were around. There are about 500 rooms. Second, even with only half the rooms occupied, we waited 15 minutes to get into breakfast on Saturday at 9 o clock. That seemed strange for such a large 5-stars hotel, and I’d never seen it before. The waiter at the entrance was rude and said everything was perfectly organised and this was normal because the restaurant has 450 places, despite there being fewer than 500 rooms.

The desk manager was especially kind, guiding us with a smile that never seemed to fade. The building is clean, and the food tastes the best. The swimming pool was clean and nice too, though the floor gets slippery when walking around, so be careful.
