We spent a winter weekend here. The hotel and rooms were fine, and the breakfast tasted good, but I was told “no way” when I asked if we could eat before 8 a.m. The ski facilities were there, but staff wouldn't turn on the boot dryer for me and said I should do it myself, even though the device had no instructions. The parking area and terrace by the entrance were dangerously icy, and reception did nothing when I raised it. The morning receptionist was pleasant, but service from the afternoon and evening shifts was poor. Reception should represent the hotel well, instead of having a woman in a sweatshirt who can't deal with guests' requests or complaints.

The breakfasts were delicious, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We liked everything and will be back.

The food was really tasty, and breakfast came as a varied buffet. The rooms were warm through winter, clean, and cozy. I'd recommend it.
