The breakfast was lovely, and the location and facilities are decent. But the service was shockingly bad. Reception took ages, seemed indifferent, and showed no urgency, competence, or basic courtesy. One young blonde receptionist with glasses seemed unable to handle simple requests in English. The biggest issue was the paid parking. After heavy snow, it hadn't been cleared or salted, and cars were skidding the following morning. Charging guests for parking without taking even basic steps to make it safe is indefensible. The hotel has potential, but the lack of professionalism and basic standards makes it hard to recommend. In the end, it was okay.

The rooms were tidy and had everything we needed. The staff were great, especially Martina at reception, who speaks English really well. I can highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay, and both breakfast and dinner were included in the price and very good. The staff speak some Czech or Slovak. If you know at least one Slavic language, you'll get by.

The location is good, and our room was clean, small, and cozy. We had a nice stay, but couldn't use the SPA because it was closed. The beds were separate, and even pushed together there was still a big gap.

We stayed almost a week and had a great experience. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. On busy days it was served as a buffet, and when the hotel was quieter, we had it to ourselves. We hadn't booked breakfast at first, but tried it on day one and paid for the rest of the stay. Dinner was from an à la carte menu, freshly cooked, good value, and delicious. We tried everything on it. The room was spotless, with brand new furniture and amazing views. It was cleaned daily, with fresh towels, and premium water available if you wanted it. Check-in was smooth and the staff were very polite. Some didn't speak much English, but we managed in the end. Parking is the one thing I'd give five stars, though you pay extra, which didn't bother me. When the hotel is busy, it's hard to find a space even after paying. I'd recommend the hotel and would come again.
