Hotel Wisła Premium

The restaurant was very good. I tried both the hotel restaurant and the kitchen at a family event, and the food was inventive, tasty, and made with care. The hotel is officially three stars, but the rooms are closer to four-star standard. Some have been renovated, and even the older ones are well kept. My main concerns were the locks, which worked poorly and probably need replacing, and the weak soundproofing on the doors.

The setting was peaceful and really lovely, though it took a bit to get there from the airports. We were there for a weeklong work conference with a group of around 80, and the meals and coffee breaks were all catered. The staff made it a delightful stay for everyone.

The location worked well, parking was available, and the receptionist spoke excellent English. Our room and bathroom were a good size, and the heater did its job when we needed it. There were some clear maintenance issues, including a broken shower door and other fixtures with shoddy repairs. The lobby bathroom light timer was ridiculously short too, so you could end up hopping around during a bathroom visit to make it come back on. Dinner and breakfast, along with the dining room service, fell below what I’d expect in Poland.

The parking lot is large, and the hotel is close to the town center. Inside, the rooms were spotless, the food was gorgeous, and breakfast was amazing. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help, while the manager communicated at a high level. A magical place in Poland, easily the best hotel I’ve stayed at here.
