The steep stairs up to the first floor are the main drawback. They take some balancing, and since there’s also a toilet and bathroom upstairs, they could be difficult for people with mobility issues or active children, though not necessarily. Everything else made for a very good stay: the two-story apartments are clean, tidy, and furnished in a practical, tasteful way. The fenced grounds are well kept, with a positive open-air museum feel and places to relax. Hosts were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast can be arranged with them, and the local products are delicious. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants, generally good or very good. The location is outside the center of Wisła, but near a main road and with direct river access, great for a walk or getaway, even with children.

We stayed four days in apartment no. 2 with our 3.5-year-old twins and were very pleased. It was warm and clean, with good facilities, including the kitchenette, plenty of wardrobes, and enough beds. Shops and restaurants are close by, and the location was great. The new settlement is about a kilometer away, and the sleigh ride starts right next door.

The double rooms feel cramped, with nowhere comfortable to sit and even eat breakfast. There is a balcony and a vestibule for shoes, though, and the place is otherwise clean and quiet. In good weather it’s fine if you’re mostly out and just come back to sleep. I wouldn’t recommend these rooms for rainy weather unless you book an apartment.

The rooms are a little worn, but they’re clean, spotless, and well equipped, so I can’t complain. The location is another plus, with the slopes walkable, though I’d suggest bringing a car. At check-in we got a discount card for things like equipment rental, a ski pass, and lots of restaurants, with discounts of 10%-15%. The service was very friendly. I recommend it.
