VISLOW Resort

The surroundings are beautiful, and the staff are really friendly. We enjoyed our stay, especially the clean, lovely apartment and delicious breakfast. The cold sparkling water refill station was great, and our daughter loved the playroom. It’s a good place for kids. The massage was okay, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a good spa or wellness experience. The pool is small and not suitable for swimming, though the outdoor jacuzzi is fine.

The breakfasts and other food were amazing, and the resort is very nice for families with kids. Our room was just as described and we liked it. We were there during a rainy week in summer, and the heating elements weren’t working, so there was no way to dry our shoes. We asked the staff to help, but they didn’t. Also, after spending 700EUR for a few nights, having to pay extra for hotel parking was a disappointment.

The restaurant deserves a mention, both the food and breakfast were really good. We also used the wellness after walking around the area, and it was useful. The accommodation was clean and well maintained. We were delighted with it and would love to return. Go, you won’t regret it.

The breakfast is probably the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, with lots of fresh fruit, a salad bar, different deli meats, all sorts of breads and baked goods, and plenty for kids to eat. There’s also a playroom, probably best for children under 5, so it’s a great fit for families with small kids. The resort was even nicer than I expected. It’s about a 4-min drive from the Nowa Osada slope, which is a big plus in winter. Our room was incredibly clean and well stocked for a short trip, and having a kitchen is always handy when you’re traveling with kids. Highly recommended!
