It was clean and quiet, and the staff were really nice. There’s a shared terrace with a lovely view, especially at sunset, and a little corner where you can make coffee or tea and get water without having to buy any. The atmosphere is intimate, and nobody watches what you’re doing, which I liked. Still, I’d only give it three stars. It’s a full kilometer to the center, not the 350 meters the owner says, unless you measure in a straight line over the rooftops. We had a room with a view of the stairs and a low wall, as shown in the photos. It was supposed to have one double bed, but there were two beds pushed together. That was manageable. Breakfast and dinner were included, but the food was ordinary cafeteria food, nothing more. When I read reviews calling it delicious home cooking, I wonder if those people have ever eaten a proper home-cooked meal 🤪. I called before leaving to ask if towels were provided and was told yes, but it turned out they were only small hand towels, the kind you could wring out after a bath. There was no fridge either, which seemed like a basic standard for this sort of place in August 2020. I’d heard there was a spot for grilling, though I didn’t see it and didn’t ask. Bring shower gel, shampoo and a large bath towel.

It felt like home, and we’re grateful for the hospitality. The service was lovely, the receptionist incredibly kind, and the kitchen lady was a wonderful person and a great cook. It’s dog-friendly too, which is a big plus. The location seems a little off the beaten path, but the center and the trails are both close. I have to come back here! :)

The food was delicious, and the guesthouse was very clean. The staff were especially friendly, and the people working there were charming. We had a really pleasant time and I highly recommend it. Warm regards to the lovely ladies and gentlemen working there. Kasia. P.

I had to cancel because of family circumstances, but I couldn’t get clear information about my deposit refund or even whether a refund was possible. Communication with the host was awful, and I felt he treated me with complete indifference. After I called to say I had to cancel, he said the room hadn’t been booked at all, even though we’d spoken by phone and I’d paid a deposit. I couldn’t reach an agreement with him. I would have arrived with a child and found the door shut. I never managed to get to the property, and I don’t recommend it. A hopeless experience!
