Pokoje Gościnne U Ogórków

We had such a homey stay in January. The owner is full of energy, incredibly friendly, and great at suggesting places to hike or eat. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchenette. We often spent time downstairs in the relaxation area with its pool table and foosball table. Highly recommend it.

We’ve stayed at Pokoje Gościnne u Ogórków seven times as a family, and keep wanting to come back. The hosts are always warm, reliable, helpful, and attentive. It’s peaceful, has beautiful views and a real highland feel, while still being close to everything worth seeing. It’s a great base for the Chochołowska Valley, Kościeliska Valley, and other Tatra spots. In winter there are lots of nearby slopes for skiers and snowboarders, so everyone can find something. The views are lovely, and the location is convenient for the Witów ski slope, several pubs, a church, and a quiet neighborhood. Trails are nearby too, reachable by local bus or car. We haven’t been to this part of Poland in a few years, but if we come back, we’ll stay at "Ogórki". It’s a friendly, relaxed place with welcoming hosts who are never intrusive and always ready to help. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, and there’s a small lounge with TV, billiards, and foosball, plus a mini-kitchenette with a fridge, stove, kettle, pots, plates, and glassware. The owner is a real angel, so kind, helpful, and always smiling, and happy to offer advice or help sort out any issues. She also arranged and recommended sleigh rides, which were a fantastic part of our stay. You can tell the place is run with a lot of care and passion for guests. The hotel won us over from the first day, with very clean, well kept rooms, new details, and tasteful decor. The bathrooms are especially lovely, modern, spacious, and impeccably maintained. I wholeheartedly recommend it, and we’ll definitely come back. I&M
